Flexible PVC is a modified thermoplastic material formulated with plasticizers, stabilizers, flame retardants, and weather-resistant additives. Through optimized compounding, the material achieves a balanced combination of flexibility, excellent bending durability, stable flame-retardant performance, and long-term aging resistance. Flexible PVC compounds can be designed to comply with major international standards such as UL, RoHS, REACH, and IEC. Owing to their stable electrical properties and processing versatility, they are widely used in power cables, charging cables, data cables, appliance wiring harnesses, industrial control cables, and new energy cable systems.
