Raw Material Inspection
Conduct physical and chemical performance, environmental index testing on purchased raw materials, and resolutely reject unqualified raw materials
In-process Control
Set 3-5 key quality inspection nodes during production, real-time monitor product melt flow rate, hardness, appearance and other parameters
Finished Product Testing
Extract finished product samples by batch, conduct comprehensive testing including tensile strength, tear strength, aging resistance, environmental compliance, etc.
