PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic engineered for continuous service in extreme thermal environments. It can operate reliably at temperatures up to 260 °C, with short-term resistance exceeding 300 °C, while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. The material exhibits outstanding wear resistance, inherent self-lubricating properties, strong fatigue resistance, and high chemical stability. These advantages make PEEK a preferred alternative to metals and conventional plastics in demanding applications, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, aerospace components, medical devices, and new energy vehicle systems.
