Also known as thermoplastic polyester elastomers, with polyester as hard segment and polyether or polyester as soft segment, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance and fatigue resistance.
Polymerized by transesterification reaction, with hardness range Shore D 30 - 80, combining high strength, high elasticity and excellent thermal stability (continuous service temperature 120 - 150℃). It has strong creep resistance, tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures with a long service life. Divided into polyether-based TPEE (good hydrolysis resistance and low-temperature performance) and polyester-based TPEE (better rigidity and wear resistance). The disadvantage is general weather resistance, high processing temperature (230 - 260℃), and high cost.
