Our Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is engineered to deliver exceptional performance where durability and flexibility are critical. Available in Polyester-based and Polyether-based types, it covers a broad hardness range from Shore A 60 to Shore D 85. Each type is formulated to excel in specific environments: Polyester-based TPU: Renowned for its superior wear resistance, excellent oil resistance, and high mechanical strength. Polyether-based TPU: Offers outstanding hydrolysis resistance and maintains better low-temperature elasticity. Both types provide high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance, and good adhesion to various substrates. With a continuous service temperature of 80°C to 120°C and good molding processability, TPU is a versatile solution for complex designs. To ensure long-term performance in outdoor applications, we formulate with anti-aging agents to enhance its weather resistance. As a premium material offering a unique balance of properties, TPU represents a valuable investment for high-end applications.
